Guys tell me to go on webcam and then tell me oh how I look so cute with my big eyes...these guys are older- and then they'll always be telling me to go on..and then just the other day this white guy first asked me to go on w/c and I told him no b/c in my head i started to think this guy has problems....so he went on and started playing with himself xD- I was laughing at the time...but after I rememebered all those times I went on w/c :|
and then this other guy - kept telling me to go on cam...oh I love your lips and your eyes...i wish i could stare at u all day.. and then he asked me if guys ask me to give them head :|:|
it always takes them a good while b4 they start with some disgusting comments- how do I weed them out from earlier on

I don't usually make broad generalizations, but most of the people using web cams are doing it for one reason only. You can't weed them out because 90% of them are on cam because they're seeking an ego boost or sexual gratification.
One of the news shows did an expose' about cams a few months ago. Even they couldn't weed out the pervs. Oprah did a show about it as well. It's one thing if we're talking about adults and quite another if the person in question is a minor. Frankly, any parent who allows an underage child to have a web cam is dropping the ball unless they're monitoring it's use by having it in a common area of the home.

You can tell them you don't have a webcam or its not functioning right now. Don't view a webcam either. Ask for a regular photo, and send a regular photo.
Don't accept when they ask if you would like to view their webcam. tell them your not comfortable chatting with the cam and just want to chat.
Once someone starts acting like a horny pervert, no matter the age, tell them goodbye and block them.

I think JennyAnn is right. I have never had a cam, but after seeing friends experiences, I never will, except for friends who I already know in real life, and family.
And family has a question mark against some of them too.

I haver never been on a web cam and never seen anyone on a web cam because every one knows its' where pervs hang out...that Canadian dude you got 60 girls in England to mess around in front of the camera....nuts!
