Well i am 32 and still watch cartoons, if they can understand and enjoy 13+ programs i think it's great for them.
Hopefully their parents area round solving doubts and overseeing their progress.
Anyhow, they are unlikely to see anything worst than what they might see in TV instead. ;)

We are living in a society where children are pressed to grow up, and the ones who aren't pressed, want to be more important because they get more attention if they seem older. Many, however, want acess to many programs that onyl older people can be on, so they lie about their age. They believe that no one will know the difference.

BEcause 12 year old always want to act and be older and do the stuff they are not supposed to.. I didnt listen to rules then, and hey sometimes i still dont!!

I don't know but maybe it's a good thing! Things like this program gives them things to think about and who knows maybe they are better at giving advice then many on here!
