If you are in the United States, you can get a learner's permit by taking a written test, then get a full license by coming back with a motorcycle and doing a few small tests in a parking lot. At least in most states - the states can sometimes behave like separate countries when it comes to deciding how to issue motorcycle licenses. In Georgia, the cost is about $30 or so.
But I do not recommend that route. Instead, I would suggest you take the MSF Beginner Rider's Course or other approved lessons. It's about a weekend long, and passing their tests will get you a certificate you can bring in and get a full license. Check with the office that issues your driver's license as they should be able to get you more information on how to sign up for that and what it costs. It can be anywhere from $50 to $250, and there's usually a months-long wait to get in. There are other places that can give you such lessons - and are often authorized to give you the same certificate so you can get a full licenses - that typically are more expensive than the state run classes but have shorter waits. For example, there's a Harley dealership in my area that can conduct the classes for $350.
And don't forget to budget for some good safety gear too.

Lots and lots of money. First you get a provisional licence, Then you pay for lessons to drive a car, then pay for your tests (written and practical). When you finally pass you're legal to drive a car. If you want the other classes you go through it all again and again working up to the full licence which will cover you for all classes. I suggest you learn to write and spell in English better first

If you are in the UK you will need to take a course in English before you start, otherwise you will be unable to do the written test.

Alot of that depends on where you live and what they offer. Check with your local department of motor vehicles and licensing. They should have a web site with cost and programs
