seadra-let it hold A dragon scale then trade it 2 get a kindra
feebas= blue/indigo pokeblocks=max out beauty= milotic.

Seadra needs to be holding dragon scale and must b traded. Feebas needs to b fed ONLY blue pokeblocks. when it has high beauty it will evolve

evolve feebe. it'll evlove when the beatyfull point get full. feebes could catch at route 119. there 400 squre of water but only 2 squre of water got feebes

to get milotic you need to max out feebas' beauty then level feebas up by one
