We are so skint at the mo and want to be able to do other things apart from sitting in any ideas?

There are tonnes of thing you can do, for example im next week im goin on a date with a girl and all im doing is going to an art musem followed by a picnic afterwards! It'll end cost me about £10 max. But a picnic is best idea in the world especailly candlelit.

Lots of things
walk in the park, or mystery walk(lead by the choice of a tossed coin) picnic, day at local beach, night in with bubble bath, film and bottle of wine, have some friends over for a games night (cards etc) go out for a game of pool, go out to a late night coffee shop- amazing how long you can make a cup of coffee last on a candle lit night. find a free acoustic night in the local listings, free entry, only nreed 1 drink. cinema on a discount night can be good fun and relativley cheap.
Just be inventive, have fun

Well this may be obvious, but ideas non the less......go for a hike, pinic in the park, go for a drive in the country (I know gas price) go to a rose garden, enjoy a sunset on a high mountain or hill top, make a romantic dinner even if it's hotdogs and mac and cheese just add candles :)

Sounds like you two need to get new jobs if you have a sky high mortgage and huge bills to pay, or maybe shop around for better deals on said outgoings. Maybe that way you'd have some money to enjoy yourselves and not ask questions like this on here.

its really hard to find things to do wen your skint,yeah people will say go for awalk or cuddle up and watch tele together but wen thats all your doing it gets boring and thats wen the nit picking and arguements start,if i were you i would try and save alittle money each week and i mean little then plan somewhere to go with it and look forward to the day you can go.i know thats not aquick fix to your answer but im sure it will do some good x

Some nightclubs are real cheap say with flyers... Use night busses and don't drink booze.
Often the best ones as well.
Maybe offer to hand out flyers for them for free entry and a bit of cash.
You could get a pole dance job.
Make your own porno site... top job you two get paid to make out.
Treasure hunt...
Ie you put clues around the city... with an item of your clothing, for where you are- said clothing.

picnics, walks on beach or under the moonlight, board games { no pun intended} join rambling club or local community group{you could get fit, make friends and have some nights round theirs!!} Educational courses{some are free} and open up oportunities,babysit and earn some money together, dog walk and earn some money together, wash cars and earn some money together. You can then go do some more fun things with the money you've earned.!!

Last month me and my Husband made a picnic and took a frizbee, some travel games and some books to his parents back garden. We read to eachother and played games in the sunshine. It was one of the best days we have had in a long time and it only cost us the price of a packed lunch!

Ummm skint means broke i think so....find a beautiful spot to go and watch the sunset...or go to a book store and sit around and read..hiking,swimming,or anything outside is always fun...

Go for an after dinner walk.
Take a coin with you and everytime you get to a junction toss the coin to decide to turn left or right.
It's funny the places you end up.
