What works really depends on the nature of your business and what sounds good to you as a reflection of who you are....

If you're offering a service or looking for a job, something along the lines of

Looking forward to being a part of your team

would be cool. Another thing that works is taking a cliche and changing it just enough to not be a cliche anymore, eg

Have A Most Excellent Day
or
Towards An Enterprising Future

or you could modify it to reflect your business, perhaps adding a hint of humor. For instance, if you were in the newspaper business, you could close with

Seize The Daily
or
Seizing the Daily

:)

Lots of love,

hee hee, that's one way to get noticed :-P

how about:

Yours .............
then a word that fits your letter, for example:

To whom it may concern,
I love summer, but it is a little hot.
Yours sweatily,
insert name here

or
Take care, speak soon, tutty-bye (as my nan would say)

I did find the website below which I hope will be a lot more helpful than I have been.
