My money's on 100 duck sized horses. It's all down to gait and deportment. The horses have teeth and their own natural equivalent of steel tipped boots, plus they are experienced in charging, PLUS they have numbers on their side. They could split into one troop to stage a short farce to distract the duck, another to charge the duck, and a third to stand behind the duck with a giant net with which to catch it.
Ducks are lacking in horsey wiliness and they're too slow on their feet, which moreover are webbed! Webbing and waddling are serious handicaps in inter-species wrestling, as anyone who witnessed the infamous bout between Donald Duck and the Cat in the Hat knows all too well. Those downy feathers are never growing back.

Ducks are meat eaters. The horse sized duck would just eat the duck sized horses. Plus it could stand on them with its huge feet. All the duck sized horses could do is run around and their mouths would be too small to bite the horse sized ducks legs.

The horse sized duck would kick and the 100 duck sized horses would duck and the horse sized duck would fall over and the 100 duck sized horses would kick the shite out of it.

Oh the thought of horses being duck size makes me go all lovely inside, but the thought of a duck being horse size is just toooo crazy, imagin the size of the egg
