I used to go onto symantec.com. They have virus repair links. I haven't been there in years but I have had a couple of viruses eradicated by them.
Symantec is the company that makes Norton anti virus software. They're good.
Get yourself a virus protection program and keep it updated.

Although people have been well meaning, none of the advice so far will help.
An anti virus such as AVG won't tackle a trojan. These instructions should guide you through the step by step process that will tackle most problems.
First you must turn off System Restore while you deal with the problem. There will be backup files hiding inside System Restore. Go to Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Sytem Restore, and tick the button that says 'turn off system restore'.
Next use the links below to download the following software, then disconnect from the internet and install it.
Avast! anti virus http://www.avast.com
Ewido anto trojan http://www.grisoft.com/doc/30863/lng/uk/tpl/tpl01
Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
All of these programs are provided by reputable companies.
When you have installed those, you have to restart your computer in Safe Mode and run them.
To get into safe mode, repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads, if you don't manage it first time just restart and try again.
Safe mode looks very different and not all your programs will load but don't worry, its supposed to do that. The screen will run at 800 x 600. The scans will take a bit longer so just leave it to get on with it.
After that, restart your computer in the usual way, and scan again to make sure all the infections are cleared. You can then turn on System Restore again.
After you've got rid of the problem, install Spywareblaster.
Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.

Don't reformat! That means you wipe the entire hard drive and you will also wipe out Windows! Try this first, if it doesn't work then you may need an engineer to reformat and do a clean install; don't try it if you're a beginner.

How do you know you are being attacked and how do you know it is a trojan? It seems that you must either have some type of antivirus solution or you are getting pop-up messages from a spyware application that may have been installed on your computer. The very first thing to do if you suspect a trojan is to take it off-line. I would try to erradicate the trojan while the computer is not connected to the internet, if it is a trojan and your still connected more damage can be done! Get access to another computer and download and create boot antivirus floppy disk (all antivirus companies have these available), run this and see the results. If this does not find the "trojan" i would suspect a spyware application, try adaware www.lavasoft.com and spybot (I would use them both, they don't always find the same stuff).
Good luck!

Get down to PC World and buy Norton System Works on special offer at £29.99. It includes Anti virus and firewall software as well as some other useful stuff - including automatic software updates. Disconnect your broadband or modem cable from the PC. Boot your PC from the CD and let it scan your entire system. When that is finished, re-boot your PC normally, and install Systemworks from the CD ROM disk - just follow the instructions on screen (mostly click next) When you've finished the whole the process, you should be rid of the worm / Trojan and protected in the future. There are other ways to do this and other products, but this (or McAffee Internet security) is by far the simplest to use .

Hi, trojan worm is a kind of infamous disgusting virus. you can try Norton or Mcafee to stop the virus, but you should pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar, which can disable the virus, becasue the virus can only run on IE.
firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and spywareware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:

The simplist way is to download http://www.hitmanpro.nl
Its free. Dont worry, the page is in dutch but the program is in english.
Once installed configure it, goto the antivirus section and tick both boxes. It will then download, install, configure and run all the major free antispyware programs as well as scan and clean your machine using McAfee and Trendmicro. The only thing you need to do is agree to the license agreements.
Sit back, make a cup of tea and let it clean your machine.

A lot of virus program's will not remove Trojan's, go to download.com and download counterspy trial program, un-like some trial programs that only tell you that you got Trojan's and then tell you you got to pay to get them removed, counterspy trial program will scan your computer & remove trojan's for free, I give this program 10 out of 10, after you have remove trojan's download zonealarm free firewall, this will take a little bit of understanding but it will help stop trojan's alot better than microsoft firewall.
Hope this help's my friend.

turn it off, unplug it from the wall. Put it back in the box and bring it back to where you bought it from and tell them your PC is being picked on and could you have one that is able to stick up for itself!
