they open the scrolls to see that they are Summoning spells. Iruka is summoned and tells them that they passed the second exam. He also states that *about the scrolls* 'Heaven' referred to the Human Mind, and 'Earth' referred to the Human Body.
the third exam is going to be all the Chunins-in-training... basically firghting eachother to see who comes out on top in dual-battles. Well actually, these are the Prelimanaries to the third exam, on account of so many teams passing. Orochimaru is there, but as a disguised Jonin.
the proctor of the exam is Gekko Hayate, a rather sickly Jonin. He asks if anyone wants to give up there and now, in case they felt that they were not ready. Kabuto backs out of it. Anko and the 3rd Hokage notice that this is his 6th time backing out.
Sakura sees Sasuke rub the curse-mark that Orochimaru gave him. She tells Sasuke to quit, because she fears that he will get hurt. Of course, he doesnt listen, and will fight anyway. Sasuke says that Naruto is one of the ones he wants to fight, along with Gaara, Lee, Neji, Dosu, you know the rest... then its another pulse of pain. Anko wants to take the Uchiha out of the prelimanaries, but Kakashi insists he stays. Hokage-Sama agrees with Kakashi, so Sasuke stays!
the first 2 to fight are... Sasuke Uchiha and Yoroi Akado. (he is from Konoha, but secretly working 4 Orochimaru, like Kabuto) As the others walk up to the stands, Kakashi quietly tells Sasuke not to use the Sharingan. He knows about the mark. he says that if the mark goes out of control, he will have to take Sasuke out and the match will be suspended.
Yoroi starts off by throwing some Throwing Stars and Kunai. Sasuke, being the awesome boy he is, blocks them with his own kunai, sending them back. Yoroi dodges them, as Sasuke falls down due to the mark. as soon as he looks up, he sees Yoroi standing over him, quickly sending a glwoing fist his way. Sasuke does some KOOL moves and knocks the enemy down. Yoroi grabs Sasuke's shirt, and his hand starts to glow. He is sapping Sasuke of his strength and chakra! :(
Yoroi and Sasuke stand up, but Yoroi was faster. He grabs Sasuke's head, throwing him down to the ground. He finally figures out that Yoroi's 'Unholy Gift' is that he can drain an enemy's mental and physical energies. That is apart of Orochimaru's plan, because then Sasuke will have to resort to his curse-mark.
Naruto gets ticked because Gaara is dissing his power, and says: "How can you still call yourself Uchiha Sasuke?! You're a disgrace to... YOURSELF!! Arent you embarrassed to have everyone see you as a bid loser!?"
he looks up a him, then at Lee. He gets an idea.
everyone is startled to see him use... Lee's special move. the Kagebuyo--- Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. but the curse-mark starts to come again!!! the marks are all over him, but he soon fights them back!!!

Sasuke pounds Yoroi to the ground with his new move, 'Shishirendan! Barrage of Lions!!!!!!!!!!!' Yoroi lost!
up top, TenTen wonders who would win, Sasuke or Neji.
The next fight is Zaku Abumi versus Aburame Shino.
Zaku starts off by taking an arm out of the sling-thingy, and tries to smack Shino, who easily blocks it. Zaku uses 'Zankuha! The Blast That Slices Air!!!', and send Shino flying.
Meanwhile, Kakashi is tring to seal away the curse-mark. It is too much for the boy, and he flops over. Orochimaru pops up and admits he needs the Sharingan from Sasuke.
back to the fight! Shina stands up, only with a scratch on his face. But what is this??? EW! there are bugs crawling inside the cut. Then Zaku notices that thousands of tiny bugs are crawling towards him. Shino says that they are 'Kikaichi-- papasitic destruction beetles. they attack in swarms and devour the chakra of their prey.' Shino says that Zaku shoud surrender. Zaku gets mad and takes his other arm out!!!!!! he goes to attack Shino... when both arms explode!!! Shino says: "Just now, while I distracted you with that helpful advice, my little friends were making their way to key points upon your body... ...creeping down the tunnels you blast your gale winds through." then Shino slaps Zaku-hard. SHINO WINS!!!!!!!
Neji says, after using Byukugan, that Shino is actually made up of bugs! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEW! and the literally plugged up Zaku's arm, thus making it explode. Kakashi pops back.
Next up is Kankuro verses Tsurugi Misumi. (one from Kabuto's team)
Kankuro takes off the gigantinc... THINGY he has on his back as Tsurugi attacks him with a punch. But what Kankuro didnt expect was that his arm wrapped around Kankuro's! Then the rest of his body twisted around poor Kankuro. Tsurugi says that the longer it takes for Kankuro to surrender, the tighter he'll squeeze--untill his bones break. But does Kankuro give up? NO! So Tsurugi tightens his grip.
SNAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kankuro's limp head falls. Tsurugi broke his neck. But... his head suddenly spinns around to face Tsurugi! Half his face is gone, but underneath is very puppet-like. Kankuro's clothes peel off to reveal a dummy in a rag. The puppet squeezes Tsurugi tight. But where is Kankuro???
Suddenly, the gigantic THINGY Kankuro always carries on his back starts to unwrap. The REAL Kankuro comes out of the wraps! He is a puppet-master!!! Kankuro returns the favor and snaps Tsurugi's bones! KANKURO WINS!
Next up is... Sakuro verses Ino!!!!!!!!!!
Sakura takes off her Konoha headband and puts it around her forehead. She has a flashback:
her and Ino were little kids, practicing flower arranging. Sakura says that she is not very good at that sort of stuff, but Ino says she is. Ino says that she is still a bud, that did not bloom yet, to Sakura.
Ino also takes her headband and puts it on her forehead. Sakura darts to Ino, creating dopplegangers, punching Ino in the face. She is much faster then Ino remembered. Both Ino and Sakura run up to eachother and puch one another. But they also block their enemy's attack. Then they punch eachother again, not bothering to block. They both get sent flying across the room in opposite dirctions.
Sakura says something about Ino's hair, that really makes her mad. Ino take out her own kunai... and chops it off. The throws it on the floor. Then she does a funny hand-sign. Its her Shintenshin move, transferring heart and soul from one body to another. A very good move, but hard to preform. it leaves the user's body helpless and it moves very slowly. Ino 'uses' it anyway, and Sakura easily dodges it. But Iino's move was fake! Sakura can't move because Ino's hair is stuck to her ankles. Ino's chakra is keeping it from falling. She made a living rope out of her hair. Then she used the Shintenshin move again, and this time it worked. Sakura is completely overshadowed.

Sakura-Ino lifted her hand, saying she will withdraw from the match. Naruto screams 'NO!!!' to try and stop her, but Ino is too powerful. But then something weird-- Sakura is taking control of her mind again! She eventually get total control, pushing Ino out.
They take one final punch at eachother... its a TIE! they are both K'O'ed!
next is Temari and TenTen!
After only 5 min., Temari is standing with TenTen on her fan, knocked out. that was really fast! Temari wins!
Next up is Shikamaru Nara verses Kin Tsuchi!!!
Shikamaru starts out by using his shadow jutsu, but it doesnt work. Kin thrwos senbon with some bells on them, and of coirse, Shikamaru dodges them. But then he says that the next pair of bells that Kin will throw will have only one bell on it, so Shikamaru will dodge that one, and get hit by the other. But then he hears the dinging of the bells. one of them is on thread! he pays attention to tha bell, and accidentally gets hit with other ones. Kin goes to throw some more, but she cant move. Shikamaru has used his shadow jutsu!!! The thread is what cast the TINY shadow. Shikamaru takes out a Shuriuken (throwing star) and throws it at Kin, making her do the same. Shikamaru dos a back-bend, and Kin does the same. BONK! Kin knocks into a wall that was right behind her. Shikamaru distracted her from the wall before, so she wouldnt notice it was right behind her. SHIKAMARU WINS!
next up is Naruto verses Kiba!!!
Kiba uses his art of beast mimicry, and pounds Naruto. with the others' screams to get up, he eventually does!!! Kiba throws a smoke-bomb, so naruto cant see. he finds his way out of the smoke, only to be bitten by Akamaru. After the smoke clears, Akamaru is seen sitting next to Naruto. Akamaru runs for Kiba... and bites him?! POOF! Akamaru turned into Naruto. A clone of Naruto is also seen, holding Akamaru by the paws.
But Kiba gives Akamaru a red pill, that turns his fur red. A military rations pellet. Akamaru ...uses a jutsu!? Akamaru uses Art of human mimicry! and Kiba uses Art of Beast mimicry! so now there are to animal-like Kibas!!!!!!!!!!! They attack Naruto at once, numerous times. But he gets up again. then Kina and Akamaru attack him once more..! Naruto gets a great idea!
he transform into Kiba!!!!!! the 3 Kibas meet. Kiba will know what Kiba is Akamaru, and what Kiba is Naruto, because of his sharp doggie nose! He attacks 'Naruto', to find out that he attacked Akamaru! So he attacks the other Kiba! But that one is also Akamaru!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then one of the Akamarus, poofs back to Naruto and kicks Kiba. Naruto wants to dish out his ;ultimate attack', while Kiba goes to attack him from behind. but all of a sudden... Naruto... farted. In kiba;s face. His sensitive dog-nose was messed up majorly! Then Naruto makes clones of himself and makes his own version of Lee and Sasuke's move-- Naruto Barrage!!! ...Kiba lost. NARUTO WON!
Hinata, being nice, gives Naruto an ointment for wounds, but he STILL DOENST KNOW THAT HINATA LIKES HIM!!!
next up is Neji and Hinata!!!
Lee elxplains that Neji and Hinata are of the Hyuga clan, but different parts. Hinata is of the Mai Branch, and Neji, the Cadet Branch.
after a lot of talking, Neji finally brings out the Byukugan. and after some encouragement form Naruto, Hinata brings hers out too!!!!!!! She and him get into afighting stance, and they run for eachother, dodging, blocking, and dishing out their own attacks. Hinata gets a chance to hit Neji, and she does.
Lee explains again that a Keirakukei, (what Neji and Hinata are aiming 4) is a kind of network of energy lines, spread out human bodies in much the same way the human circulatory system is. It is a system of vessels that carry chakra throughout their bodies. The Byukugan allows one to see those lines and systems.
Neji continues to pound on poor Hinata, but Hinata is also pounding on Neji, just not as hard. As the battle goes on, Neji eventually knocks Hinata down. Even though she is seriously and critically hurt, she stands up again. Neji goes in for the kill, but the Jonin stop him--literally. NEJI WINS!!!
the next battle will be between... Lee and Gaara!!

Sakura and Ino have there fight. When the match started, Sakura was about to throw the first punch when she chickened out, because she didn't want to hit her ex-bestfriend. But then Ino started talking mess about her so that they can have a actual fight with no holding back.

A couple of minutes later, Sakura says that Ino isn't strong enough because they couldn't even hurt each other. Then Ino takes a Kunai then cuts her hair like Sakura did. Then she threw her hair on the floor to prove she was just as strong.

But little did Sakura know that by having her hair on the floor, Ino was able to chakra stirings so she could hold Sakura in place to do her 'Shintenshin no Jutsu" correctly. (She tried once or twice and it didn't work)

Well Ino did the handseals and then Ino was in Sakura body. But "Inner Sakura" amazingly kicked her out of her own mind. Then the fight continued, until one final punch between them that sent them flying and unconsious.

Turns out the both lost.

It might be a little different because I read the Japanese version of the Manga. And watch the Japanese anime. And not by the crappy Youtube.com either.
