When we have sex and he orgasms, he says it feels like one didn't "bust." If you feel the big vein going into each ball, it feels like one is clogged....Please don't say "Go to the doctor," because he doesn't have insurance.....Is this normal??

What do you mean by "vein"? The spermatic cord has a vein in it, but it is way too small to be able to feel. I think you are feeling the vas defrans, the tube that takes sperm from the epididymus to the urethra. It can sometimes become infected and blocked, causing the problems he is experiencing. In the extreme worst case scenario testicular cancer could also cause such a blockage. It is impossible to tell exactly what is the cause just based on what you have said now. If it hasn't gone away in a few weeks he really needs to get it looked at or it could spread to the rest of the body and potetially be fatal.

The vein has nothing to do with sperm. If the vein were blocked he would know withing moments of it being blocked. It might be possible that he has a twist in a testis and this is blocking a tube. Was he ever hit hard in the testis? Are they different sizes?

If this problem is as described... you are going to have to get him to a doctor. Use a credit card if you must or find a free clinic or something. Testicular cancer needs to be treated if that is the case; and you want to make sure he is always able to have sex successfully...

there are free clinics in some towns. have him go to one of those. or there are doctor offices that work with you & let you make like a down payment & then pay so much a month to pay off your bill. my bf had to do that cause he doesn't have insurance either.
