If you and I keep giving each other 10 pts. ten times a day. That would be 100 pts a day. 100 x 10,000 days would equal 1,000,000. So if we start now in about 27 years we could make it. There has got to be an easier way, but you could still give me the 10 pts.
Okay I did the math. Jane Furrows (who is in the lead) has 116,766 pts as of right now. She would need 883,234 pts to get to 1 million. This week she got 23,579 pts already. Assuming she can keep a 24,000 pts/week pace she will hit a million in about 37 weeks. That would be sometime in April of next year. Go Jane!!!

Pretty easy to figure out. Dig through the top dozen or so posters and compute their average number of points per day (knowing join date and current points). Take 1e6, subtract their current points and divide by the average pts/day = #days left to reach 1,000,000 for each one. I'd actually like to see the results of somebody does this calculation!
