Could anybody tell me, how to figure out exact Ovulation Date/Period. We are trying to conceive. Married for 4 yrs now and now decided to have a baby.
Any info will b appreciated.

It is 14 days from the first day of your menstruation. It only last about 3 days and the man's sperm last longer. You will notice also that you have a slight discharge that looks like egg white. For some people, your body temperature change and you sometimes get back ache like you would when you have your menstruation. Remember, not everyone is the same because some people don't feel anything. You can only get pregnant at that time, no other time in the month. There are also over-the-counter ovulation tests. You can find them at any drug store. Good luck to you and your husband.

usually 14 days from the FIRST day of your menstruation. your optimal furtility lasts for about 3 days i think.

Also, just keep a watch on yourself. Don't want to get into too many details, but often your discharge will tell you what time of month it is. ;)
