I am asking because every sence I started taking birth control pill again my breasts fluxuate between two sizes.
my breasts are not huge or anything but they always feel extremely heavy. I feel like they are stretching because of the inconsistancy with one size to the next, and I am worried about getting stretchmarks so I have started to wear a bra to bed for more support, it is uncomfortable and I don't know if it will help but I don't know what else to do.

I heard it's not a good idea to wear a bra 24/7, because your breasts need a chance just to be 'free' without a bra - and night's a good chance for that.
This is because it's good for your lymph glands near your breasts not always to be constricted.
Maybe you could ask your doctor about why there is so much fluctuation and if there's anything you can do to help it.

I used to wear a bra to bed because I needed a little extra support. But now I find the whole idea of sleeping in a bra annoying. Having to wear it all day long is bad enough, let alone sleep in it!

But it's definitely not a bad thing to wear a bra to bed. Lots of people do it.

yea i do , it aint that bad.
but are you really sure that your breasts are changing from 2 sizes or is it just the weight that feels different ? you might want to ask your doctor how long that will last if its normal and everything , ive never heard of that happening before really. btw dont wear a wire bra to bed , wear like a sports bra so that it doesnt cut into your skin or anything and its more comfortable.

Hi,
Well, I have always worn one. Especially during times of month and Pregnancy. I have minimal stretch marks and they are still firm after 3 babes. My size fluctuates also from 34 D- DD. the bra I sleep with is a full no padding natural cup It leaves no marks and it is very comfortable.
but its best to do what feels good to you. start off with a tank w/light support first. than go from there.
good luck

I only wear a bra when it is absolutely necessary (work, weddings, funerals). They are not natural and were invented back in the dark ages. How many men wear a jock strap 24/7 to "keep things in place"?

I don't wear a bra to bed as it is more comfortable to sleep if you don't have it on throught the night.I wear one through the day as it keep my boods more still and firm if I do.Plus they don't hang down and annoy you and they don't bounce all over the place while you are running or playing any sport .
