The first is not rape, he guilted you into it, but still not rape. The second case, if he didn't force you to stay in the garage, then it's not rape either.
Stay away from the guy and when you say no mean it and follow through with it.

The first situation, I'd say it was NOT rape since she agreed. The second situation, I'd say YES, it is rape. She was being forced to stay in the garage until she agreed to have sex with him. She needs to tell someone (her parents or th epolice) especially since it's the same guy doing this sh*t to her!

He has no right to demand sex from you at any time. You are the one who will be hurt by this, not him. Men have to learn to respect women when they say no. He is a liar if he says, not having sex will cause him pain. Men will say anything to get what they want. Not allowing you to leave when you want, is a crime and you should tell your parents and the police. Both situations are rape. I hope you will never find yourself in that situation.

Absolutely! Rape is any unwanted sexual advances! this boy tricked her into having sex! oh, it would cause him pain if he didn't have it- such bull****! and he intimidated her as well by saying that he wouldn't open the garage door unless she had sex with him!
it doesn't matter which incident occurred first, it's still rape.

Both times, the perpertrator got the victim to act against their own wishes with emotional blackmail..or with a threat. The girl agreed out of fear and intimidation....many would say that she didn't have to do it, but I disagree...she was scared into it. If she thinks it was rape...and feels guilty about it, it should be reported...never see the boy again...

They are both DEFINITELY rape because the girl said NO! If anyone says no but is still forced to do it for any reason whether its being held down and being beaten or just being held hostage but there is no violence, it is STILL rape because one person doesn't want to do it. I would certainly press charges against this jerk. You don't want this to happen to some other innocent person do you?

They are both rape. The first is coercion after a definite no, and the second is obvious rape. There is no consent after coercion.
