Hormones... I don't think it is from a sociological stand point either, some races might seem hornier but it might just be becaues they are more open in general. I think every man in the world is just plain horny! And if women didn't have to take birth control they would be way more horny too... see birth control changes your hormones and it screws with your sex drive...
It's also survival of the fittest... I guess the more hornier you are the more you are going to have sex and from a biological stand point you should have more children... but in todays age we have birth control methods that are 99.9 % effective (hence, the lower sex drive of women probably)

Why are some people larger than others, more energetic than others, uglier than other, smarter than others, etc. The answer is that everyone is different and that each person is a unique mix of varying degrees of different components.
If you're planning on having a monogamous, committed relationship with someone, it would definitely be helpful if you're at least somewhat compatible as far as sexual desire is concerned. Otherwise one or both won't be very happy!

I think in my case it has to do with hormones and genetics. We have open family discussions about this kind of thing (healthy discussions not sick ones) and my dad would have sex 24/7. I am the same way. I have more testosteron in my hormonal make up than other women which I think makes me more aggressive. Some people also get more pleasure with it than others. It depends on the comfort you have with your own body and knowing what works for you to get the result you need.

Because if they experienced a lot of different things and they loved it, they get very horny. Each person is different when it comes to these things though. It depends on each persons hormones and how they react to each thing.

They have higher levels of their respective hormones; testosterone for men and progesterone/estrogen for women.

Because people sex feeling are different one another.... It can be caused by their hormone or gen....
