When i tried to use the webcam's video program it said "cannot find VFW driver". When i tried to use Yahoo messenger, the messenger just crashed. then last night for some reason it worked just fine. now its back to not working!

you can check for loose connection 0n your usb or try again by uninsalling and install it again .

Sometimes you just need to reboot to get it working. You might have a USB port that doesn't work. Try a different port iof you have more than one on your computer. It may also be your USB cable or your Cameras USB port. I don't know why yahoo would crash. Scan for viruses and spyware.

Remove the drivers from your hardware device manager.
Then install the drivers again, if its not working, buy a new webcam.

Reinstall driver.If you lost your driver you can go to the company web site and search for driver.
