Batman would win because he out thinks his opponent. Spidey is great but he just kind of leaps in there. You need to be really smart to beat Batman and Spidey just doesn't plan like that.

batman is a superior human, but spiderman is superhuman. even though batman is strong, highly trained and has alot of gadgets, spiderman has strength, speed and dexterity far greater than the maximum human potential.
Spiderman wins!!!!

Spiderman doesnt have the same such luck
Batman is a beter fighter, character, strategist, and better superhero all around

Batman would win. PERIOD. He beat the entire JLA (Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, and Green Lantern) by himself. He has no actual superpowers but is considered one of the best.
Spiderman is good, but he is not Batman.

batman has the gadgets, but spiderman has the webbing. yeah, batman's gadgets are cool, but they don't compare to webbing. spidey can shoot long strands, web balls, nets, even make a parachute. now that is cool.

batman: strong, no really special powers, intelectually genius, lots of cool gadgets, loaded
spiderman: spidey sense, strength, being the underdog, your average joe (peter parker anyways), very very smart
