I have tried and tried but I just cannot seem to lose my weight. A few years ago I stopped eating and lost two stone but that cannot go on forever, now I've reached size 18 and very unhappy about it. My boyfriend and others have said that I am a very pretty lady but it doesn't mean anything when deep inside you don't feel beautiful. Any tips?

You are worthy of being love, and celebrated just because you are born here on this planet as a human being. Weight is not an issue on that. Is it?

First know that in your heart truly and when you discover your inner beauty your body will soon start reflecting the way you feel inside.

Weight has nothing to do with eating or fat; it is about your need for protection, appreciation because you are feeling emotionally vulnerable or even physically unsafe within.

The reason you can’t shed weight is that you still haven't healed what has create the need for weight or a layer of protection around you. Shed the need and the weight will go away, which only is your need for external protection or sustenance in love and approval.

Did you had an unsafe experience or had a relationship that made you feel unsafe or unloved and which you haven’t been able to overcome?

Forgive and let go.

For many people food provided love and comfort that they miss in real life that doesn’t seem to be the problem with you.

So go within and clear the entire burden you are carrying, which has manifested as weight, it just might be the weight of pain or fear that you are not ready to shed.

Let go of the past, and when you no longer need the protection, you will loose it automatically.

Don’t make weight an issue, just start loving yourself just the way you are, and soon self love will heal all your old pain and feelings of being unloved or unsafe, and when you will no longer need the weight as a protection, or something to fill up inner emptiness, you will loose it all that weight that is filling it up, right now.

Don't give up. Try to find a weight loss plan that fits your lifestyle. A plan you think you can be happy with for the long haul. This is about a lifestyle change. Healthy plans like weight watchers and South beach are wonderful choices. You can do it !

You need to make sure you're burning more calories vs eating a day. Weight loss isn't going to be a quick fix, but try cutting out sugar from your diet. No sodas, no sugary snacks, try whole wheat bread instead of white. little changes like that add up to big results in the end. Have you tried the south beach diet? It might help you...

buy diet pills that have amphetamine in them, it's hard at first but you still need will power for the first couple of weeks until your stomach shrinks and you feel full up sooner, they also give you loadsa energy and you'll start gutting out your house and doing all the cleaning! Caffiene kicks work for me too, I was 11 and a half stones now I'm 9.

talk to a Dr and a nutritionist, have them help to set up a diet and exercise program for you...follow it to a T . the most normal weight lost is only about 2 lb a week...it takes time to lose weight. correctly. without causing health problems

The best way to lose weight and be healthy is to cut out all snack foods, and replace them with your favourite fruits, cut out bread and eat wraps instead, and eat lots of salads,
I guarantee you will not be hungry, and the weight will drop off.
