You still have hope, dear....girls stop growing at 16 - 18 years old. To help you grow taller, try exercising more (e.g. jumping rope or basketball) and have a nourishing, well-balanced diet. But if your parents are short people, your genetics do play a part in your height. Honestly, your confidence doesn't come solely from how tall you are, but how good you feel about yourself.

Of course you will still get taller silly. Your period is a sign of growth, it doesnt mean that you have stopped growing and are mature now. You will most likely get taller until you are about 16, some get taller after this age but this is the normal age to be at your maximum height. eat and drink lots of calcium rich foods so that your body can reach its maximum height.

I grew 3 inches between Junior and Senior year (16 to 17) so it all depends on how tall your family is. Girls grow until they are 18-19 so no crash diets, eat healthy and exercise. No drugs! This will help you grow.

Starting your period has nothing to do with when you will stop growing. I would say that you could grow until you are 16 or 18. Don't worry!

You will grow for about two more years, but I can't tell you how MUCH you will grow. I got mine when I was ten and I was the tallest girl in my class in 6th grade, but after sixth grade and since then I have been one of the shortest.
