1. Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.

2. Increase the caloric value of your meals. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on.

3. Avoid skipping meals. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks.

4. Increase your normal portion size. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal.

5. Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans.

6. Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories.

7. Add weight lifting to your exercise program. It helps build muscle mass.

8. Balance your caloric intake with the number of calories you're burning. You need to be taking in more than you use up, and you may need to ease up a little on your exercise program.

Tips:
You should have a doctor rule out any physical problems, such as hormonal imbalances, if you cannot seem to put on any weight.

Although it seems like a logical way to bulk up, avoid adding excess fat and sweets to your diet. Eat fats and oils in moderation; they should account for no more than 30 percent of your total caloric intake.

I have the same issue. You should just take in more calories than you consume. Also work out. I know this sounds weird, but for one you do nto want to gain unhealthy weight and for two it will increase your appitite. You can also gain muscle which weighs more than fat. i have gained 15 pounds. Even though I am still small I am VERY toned na dI get so many compliments. Reember cardio to keep the fat off. Eat foods that are rich in protein. Eat like a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with a banana and a glass of milk before going to bed. You can also drink ensure +. It hs 360 calories in each can and if you drink three a day along with your meals you will put it on.

Eat! I am not saying do not continue to eat healthy.Continue to eat healthy but up your portions.People tend to think well if i want to gain weight,i can eat anything i want and as much as i want. That isnt true, you can put on weight and continue to be healthy just by upping your portions. You dont have to be unhealthy to gain weight or put on weight.Remember, eat healthy and eat more.Eating unhealthy will only cause you problems in the long run.

Eat lots of protein, Avoid excessive exercise, and increase your food intake but make sure it's healthy foods not just junk all the time. That would increase your cholesterol levels and then you would have a whole new issue to deal with.
