I've been on the recieving end of that. I've been in love with ladies before, and because I was fat, they wouldn't even talk to me. Reminds me of the song lyric "Back then they didn't want me: now I'm hot; they all on me." But I digress, be honest with the guy, don't say you just want to be friends. That would be total BS. Just tell him he's busted, and you think he's fat/ugly, bad personality whatever it is. Seriously though, tell him that you don't like the way he looks. Or his personality is bad. That will at least clue him on. He won't ever bother you again.
If you compliment him, it will give him hope. Don't give him hope, you have to change that love into HATE. He has to hate you, he'll never talk to you again then.

If you don't want anything to do with him (not even friends) then he's probably a jerk, in which case tell him to get lost (or stronger). If on the other hand, you don't want to know him cause you're stuck up and think he's below you, still tell him to get lost. That way he can get over you and eventually find someone better.

VERY VERY VERY gently, girl. Tell him that you respect him and you think he's a great guy but not the one for you. Tell him that you're sorry but it would never work out because you're both too different and headstrong. Say this even if he's not headstrong because it's a good way to get him off your back!!! And be nice. ALWAYS be nice.

First , Get over yourself, He's like probably not madly in love with you. Like you are madly in love with yourself, but you wish someone was madly in love with you.
Go tell him and watch him laugh in your narcissistic face because he barely realizes your alive.

Gently or ignore him. If you go with Gently say something like: I just dont see us having a future. If you go with ignore him, its a little harsh, but at least he'll DEF get the idea..... eventually. Good luck.
