Only if it is near your "time of the month" or the skirt your wearing is too tiny!!
Wearing pants or slacks won't expose your "panty-lines," Right?
In my job, I have to wear "nomex-coveralls"(fire-retardent). For safety they prefer that we don't wear any under-garments underneath our "nomex" because they could catch fire and "inhibit" the safety factor of the "nomex" and burn you badly. For ten years I have worn "nomex" and felt naked, but I'd rather be naked, than burned up..
Remember this; if you are in an accident or hurt, then the first on the scene will see you! It isn't pretty when you have to be stripped down and showered off from a chemical-spill or some sort of accident. It is the same if you are hurt, and they go to look and see your "beaver" starring back at them, while they are trying to help you. It is human nature- No matter what!! To stare then giggle... He! He!! He!!!

It's not entirely hygienic not to wear panties. I mean, panties that are washed after a day; and even so, I use pantyliners.
But sometimes, for the thrill, I go out without them. Only if I am wearing a skirt, though.

I don't wear panties because I find the crotch chafes against my scrotum ... I prefer nothing but because my wife would get suspicious, I have to wear briefs!
It's not unhygenic if you remember to keep yourself clean both front and back ... and remember when you wear a short kirt - keep your legs crossed!

Not at all. I go through phases of wearing them or not, and my ex boyfriend never wore boxers etc. He said he didnt like feeling restricted, and i have to agree with him to an extent.
I hate that feeling of panties clinging to me, and this may sound gross to some people but its nice to feel air circulating.
Go with what you feel comfortable with.

I don't wear panties at all. I don't think it's unclean or unladylike though. I wash my body daily and I have never had any type of smell or gross feeling, but I do think pantylines are tacky. Especiall when girls have one hungry buttcheek (where trhere is only a pantyline on one side.) GROSS!!

its not unhygienic if you should change them every day.
so unless you wear a different pair of trousers every day then its being unhygienic not to wear underwear.
and i wounder if your mates know before borrowing your trousers???

its more un hygienic not to wear them & have ur muff piece rubbing on ur clothes & everything u sit on all day EEERRR
