I'm from L.A., but now live in North MS. There is nothing I miss about CA other than the open 24/7 businesses. And I love the fresh air and woods I found here!!!

Watertown, not a days trip from Lake Ontario. Born and raised there. Not much in the way of mountains, but in loving both mountains, beaches and farms, I miss where I grew up. Thanks.

Thus far I've come full circle. Born in Chicago, IL, I grew up in the far western suburbs, joined the military and lived all over the US. After my divorce I went back to that same town I had grown up in only to find it over run with neuvo-riche jerks who have over populated and over developed it. So, I figured I would actually have better luck in the city since everyone was moving out to the "burbs."

Grew up in a tiny town in MO, Navy boot camp in Great Lakes, IL, Navy "C" school in San Diego, CA, assigned to a ship in Virginia Beach, VA, now live in Lynchburg, VA. I miss my small town in MO, but love the mountains out here.

I used to live in St. Helens Oregon. Now I live in Ames, Iowa. I miss the mountains, the forests, the lumberjacks, and pot smok'n hippies!
