Speed was his first D.O.C. (drug of choice) for work, but he also was heavily into hallucinogenics (LSD, mescaline, etc.) for "recreational" purposes.

Philip K. Dick knew a great many people who did drugs, and I think he did some himself (I can't remember what off the top of my head).

If you're asking about this because of the movie 'A Scanner Darkly', he knew what they'd done to many of his friends. If you watched at the end it talked about that somewhat. It also gave a list of people he knew that did them, and how it had affected them and their health.

Please be fair to the man. Yes he did a lot of drugs. But then he repented this, which is really what Scanner Darkly is About.

I don't think he was a 'great' writer by any means, but he had a habit of addressing big philosophical subjects... and he was unbelievably prolific.

I'm guessing (having read some of the man's works) the answer is all of them, with much overlap!
He did have a fair old imagination though, chemically assisted or not.

Every drug known to man, probably. Read A Scanner Darkly, if you haven't already, as it is loosely based on him.
