To andy g . Hizballah didnt follow 1 rule but this website will show u how israel broke tens of resolutions. That resolution is just one of the ones that was not enforced because it was appropriate for israel. Israelis just wanted to get many people into their country and make it larger.

It is from 1967,
Article 1 sec. I calls for;
Withdrawal of Israeli armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict

Article 1 sec. II calls for;
Termination of all claims or states of belligerency and respect for and acknowledgement of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State in the area and their right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force.

One could make an argument for both sides as to why it hasn't been enforced, Israel remained in occupied territories, and PLO/Hamas/Hezbollah continued to harass Israel. You also might notice that since 2000, Israel has been withdrawing from those areas, dragging its citizens against their will to do so, however, what did that accomplish? The strengthening and fortification of Hezbollah in areas adjacent to Israel which led to the recent Hezbollah invasion of Israel.
