Elmer Fudd is a bald headed man who shoots rabbits. He regularly appears in the Bugs Bunny cartoon where he's frequently referred to as the antagonist in the What's up doc! phrase.

Elmer Fudd is the guy in the cartoon of Bugs Bunny that used to try and shoot the rabbit. Hes classic saying was muttering under his breath "I'll get that pesky lil wabbit' or "Be vewy, vewy quiet! I'm hunting wabbits!"

you could catch him at the ampitheater doing hercules on most sunday afternoons if he wasnt too drunk.
