Actually. No such animal exists. If there is such an animal, then it would be the only living thing in the WORLD.
Its one of nature's ways to maintain the population of a species.

You could argue that a horseshoe crab is the only animal that can never get sick because it has a very poor immune system.
Their bodies don't recognise an attack by other infectious germs and parasites, so don't put up a fight towards them and end up being a host unknowingly.
Then just keel over and die.

There are animals which are very resistant to diseases, such as the aforementioned crocodile, shark and cockroach, however every living thing must die so the answer is there is none, and for evolution to work, there cannot be one, ever.

They are immune to all diseases and radiation.

Crocodile's have amazing immune systems. When two males fight, they can suffer horrific injuries and yet they pick up no infection.
