Im trying to lose around 30-40 pounds by the end of November, and I need a good diet to follow and a good work out plan for each day. Right now, i do about 1 hour on a stationary bike each day, 5 days of the week, and eat around 800 calories a day. HELP.

it all depends how heavy are you ?????? my friend needed 2 lose 20 pounds and she went on slim fast everyday she would drink it and it works she lost 20 pounds by the time she wanted ..!!!! trust me it really works and i herd it tastes really good 2 :)

800 calories a day is not enough, you will get yourself sick by doing that. Riding the stationary bike is great for cardio so good job. I cannot recommend a certain fad diet but what you should do is eat smaller portions 4-5 times per day and drink water like it is your best friend. Cut sugar out of your diet and you will definitely lose weight.

No GOOD diet will have you lose so much in so little time. Losing that much that fast is unhealthy. Aim for 2-3 lbs a week.

you should really try weight watchers!! im doing it.. and it really works...if you follow wat ur supposed to do. its not bad cuz u can eat what you want as long as u follow how many points each food u eat is. Its easy getting used to and i lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. try it!! im tryin to lose the weight i want by november also and if u try it now u can get a 10 week program for jjust 109 dollars!! trust me it works and u wont starve yourself!!

drink lots of water and eat fruits and salads. but don't starve your self. the bike is good but do some walking and get the body moving. you lose weight a lot slower then gaining so it'll take some time just don't give up.

belive it or not your stomach will shrink the less u eat. Im not sayin 2 starve yourself but just eat less then u do now and exercise. u will lose weight cause the smaller your stomach the less u can eat.

you need to eat more! no less than 1200 cals.otherwise your bodywill go into starvation and not give up the fat and do weight training, muscle burns more calories and you won't look like arnold, i promise!!!!
