If it goes ""around" to your back it's more likely due to muscoloskeletal (rib) pain, but if it goes through to your back it could be visceral, from your organs. Try seeing a Chiropractor to evaluate you for the joint issues, and to rule out internal pathologies.

Sounds stupid but I'm serious. It could be heart burn. Otherwise known as acid reflux. You might try taking over the counter Tagament once in morning and once at night for a week or so and see if that helps. I had it so bad that it went into my back like you said. Either way, you will need to see a doctor but since this has been going on for months, try the Tagament routine and see if that helps. Might cut down on a bunch of tests the doctor would want to do.

Go get checked out. I have heard the same thing from people who have had heart attacks. Not trying to scare you, but don't ignore it. Is there a history of heart problems in your family. Have you taken anything that could have increased your heart rate, anything with too much caffeine etc. I have a mitrovalve prolapse and if I take too many energy supplements I get mild aches like you described.

I used to get those too. I went to a chiropractor and haven't had an issue since. It's usually due to a pinched nerve.

have you ever tried the chiropractor? you do no longer even choose scientific well being coverage to circulate. this is approximately $one hundred dollars the place i circulate, and that's in case you get an x-ray. otherwise, this is in basic terms approximately 40 dollars. in simple terms supply one a decision and notice what their expenditures are.

I would go to the doctors, and see what the doctor says. The doctor could give you medication for it.
