give her some time. tell her to relax but do not push her into intimate things if she is not yet ready.
discuss what is making her afraid. discussion is the key in any kind of relationship. tell her to open herself up to you. if you think that some bad things have happened to her before she met u and these are effecting your relationship, suggest she sees a therapist

Maybe, she just don't want to go through what she did in the past. So, respect her and wait intill she's ready to get intimate especially if you truly love her.
