Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to
get hired.

You need to ask youself several questions and allow yourself to accept the answers that you have.

1) What are the skills, education, and experience that I have that makes me worth more than $20 (you pick the number) to an employer? [Note: If you haven't got them, then figure out a way to get them.]

2) How can I get an employer who will value my skills to review my resume and interview me for a job? [The best way I have found is to have someone else recommend you. Get to know some recruiting people and they will plug you in.]

3) How can I appear to fit in with people that are making this amount of money per hour? [Does everyone wear white shirts? Are they all Steelers fans? Does the boss hate beards?]

If you have some time on your hands, go to the local library and read some of the Dale Carnegie books. Get a haircut, work out each day so that you look buff, and dress for success.

People are usually very shallow. I got my first $50 + per hour job because I sent flowers and a thank you card to a secretary that helped me out during a job interview. That was 20 years ago and I have had over 20 jobs since as both a consultant and an employee, but I have never been unemployed for more than two months during that entire time.

Circulating your resume is a numbers game. The more submissions you have, the more likely you are to get interviews. The more interviews you have, the more likely you are to get hired.

You also need to improve your writing. Your question reads like English is your second language.

If I were to write in Spanish:
"Como friole?"
you would immediately know that I don't write or speak Spanish very well. [literal translation "How have you bean" can be sounded out in English but has no real meaning in Spanish.

Use the spell checker and have someone in business read over your resume. Check out the numerous self-help articles on Monster.com. Remember, if you want a higher paying job, then your going to have to work for it.
