how can i know that my computer has a keylogger........?

a friend of mine said that he saw my brother installing a keylogger named SAM on my pc and he also told me that these softwres are undetectable........plzzz help me how can i remove it.....

Though key loggers can try to elude detection, your best bet is to have updated antivirus scanners such as Mcaffee or Norton (Online scanners are free, but I don't know if they work as well) include spyware scanners such as Ad-aware and Finally a firewall such as Zonealarm. Both Ad-aware and Zonealarm have free versions.
