I had a urine infection in the late stages of my pregnancy, I was in so much pain Iwent to the hospital and they told me I did the right thing going in as it could of triggered labour if left untreated.

i've got had a urinary tract an infection in the previous had had the primary urination and burning yet did no longer have nausea. Yes! If untreated you will run the risk of PTL and if your cervix is open at all you run the risk of passing this onto the fetus!
