Every answer so far is correct. The term mag wheel is just a universal term for a wheel made without 30+ individual spokes. Older bikes, new vintage style bikes and dirt bikes use spoked wheels. They're cheaper in cost to make, and if damaged (dents and not straight) are easily repairable. Mag wheels came on the market cause they're stronger (less prone to flex). Can accommodate high performance and tubeless tires. More aerodynamic with less wind drag. The term mag wheel just means a wheel with 3 - 6 very large metal "spokes" that are permanently attached to the rim and hub.
Alloy wheel is just telling you that the wheel is made of a metal alloy like magnesium. Look up magnesium at Wikipedia.

The term "mag" wheel is an old one, and it was short for "magnesium" which is what some light wheels used to be made of. Almost none are made of magnesium any more. An alloy wheel could be an alloy of almost any material (incl magnesium) but today it usually refers to aluminium alloy.

ALLOY WHEEL - A blend of aluminum (A356) and other elements heat treated to T-6 (aircraft aluminum standards) cast into a mold to form a wheel.

MAG WHEEL - Loosely used term. When people refer to mag wheels they are referring to aluminum wheels most of the time and some time just to aftermarket wheels in general (some type of wheel that is not original equipment) Very few if any mag wheels are produced today for road usage due to instability of its composition and is flamable.
