Is there a right for one to be a terrorist? NO

Do terrorists deserve human rights treatment? YES

Human rights are rights all people possess based solely on the fact that they are human beings. However, those rights might be curtailed by repressive or oppressive regimes. Enforcement of human rights is a tricky matter which depends on things such as UN membership and to what international treaties a government in particular is party. Another big factor is whether or not a government is even recognized by other countries.

As the world sees it, there is no human right to be a terrorist. However, terrorists don't see themselves as such. They usually see themselves as soldiers, freedom fighters, or holy warriors. Currently the Geneva Conventions don't cover terrorists or insurgents, so they aren't afforded too many rights through those international treaties.

Human rights are rights we have as humans, do in a sense, unless the terrorist inquestion is not a human, than the answer is yes.

But the biggest problem with your question is that you don't define what a terrorist is. Is it someone who is accused of terrorism? Convicted in a court? What about the fact that there are conflicts where each side calls the other terrorists? Who gets to decide?

The issue is too complex to break down to simplistic questions.

They have the right to die a slow and agonizingly painful death, right before they join Mohammed in hell.

People who do or support terrorist acts have forfeited all rights to be treated in a humane way.

philosophically there is no terrorist in the world.if only you want more you will change the world setting and there will be a change in approaching.what we see now should be historically surveyed.
observing human right that you hear everywhere is basically depending on your own approach.be good and get well & be bad and get worse.see my dear.

WTF kind of question is that?

terrorist like hizbullah are (by their very nature) sick brainwashed idiots who like the idea of killing innocent people, bragging about how tough they are, but hide like cowards amongst women and children when trying to fight real soldiers.

to answer your question,.....NO.

they are sub-humans as far as I'm concerned who try to use religion to justify murder and other crimes while preaching innocence and righteousness...............how f@cking stupid is that!
