id say go for something with a wider leg overall to put less emphasis on your thighs and hips. dont wear anything with stretch to it and i would avoid jeans that are tight on the thigh and flare out at the botton.

you shouldn't wear anything to tight.more of a relaxed fit try charlotte russe or old navy i have the same problem.
