And please don't state the obvious... I'm not that dim-witted.

I have been trying for over a year, I have tried different positions, lowered my BP & Cholesterol, exercised more, I don't smoke or drink, and I STILL can't get pregnant!

Yes, I've seen a doctor, and he wants to put me on fertility pills, BUT he said this to me on the first doctor's visit. He didn't even give me an exam, is that unusual!? I think there may be something else.

I have VERY painful, and abnormal menstrual cycles. I've had 2 miscarriages. One was 8 years ago, and one a little over a year ago.

I know I should go see a doctor, but my health insurance just expired.

That's why I'm asking for advice here. Thanks in advance!

Southern California Edison, our electric company, puts fliers in with their bills about the effects of EMF (electro magnetic fields) on the body. The scientists who have studied the effects do conclude that there could be a link between EMF and miscarriage. What this means to you is you will want to try to stay away from appliances that produce a high amount of EMF like the vacuum cleaner, can opener, hair dryer, flourescent lighting, electric clothes dryer... anything with a strong electric motor. God bless your journey.

i would try to use Fertilaid before getting on fertility drugs.... I've knowed a couple of people how have been trying for a couple year and they used Fertilaid for a few cycles and they became pregnant.. I'm also on it right now and no success yet but its only been 2 cycles and sometimes i forget to take the pills( i'm bad about pill taking) you might also want to stop thinking about getting pregnant and once you do you land yourself pregnant

Stay away from Soy. Numerous animal studies show that soy foods cause infertility in animals.

I would not use the fertility drugs unless you want 3 or 4 babies at once.
