I don't have a quick solution, but I think it must look quite cute.
I had a similar tan on my legs after a few hiking weeks using half long trousers...there was this very dark area between where my socks ended and the trousers started....like a 30 cm long dark ring. I also had that for more then 2 years. I had almost given up on it, but in the end it did disappear.

Use the spray on tan. It works for when your in something that will show the tan lines. The brand sally hansen works well.

cover up the areas you don't want tan and lay out in the sun, or you could cover that part up with a fake tan

Unfortunatly the only way I know of is to use a tanning bed. You can try sunless tanner, but I don't know if that would be too risky.

Try to tan with shorts and a tshirt on. Then you'll get a farmers' tan.

get a spray tan, don't ever risk getting skin cancer on the tanning beds under the uv rays. you could try a self-tanner on your skin to even it out.
