He stumbled and his "old creature" came out and bit him on the behind. He got drunk---which is always one of the worst things you can do to yourself---and then he made an antisemitic statement to the police officers who stopped him while he was drunk and driving. His old natural self got mad when someone told him he was doing something wrong. Kind of like people on these boards do when they're "shown" their sin.
But he did what is instructed of us in the Bible. He promised to turn away from the sin, he apologized, and he asked for forgiveness from those he verbally injured. Now, as with the rest of is, the most difficult part will be forgiving himself.

Mel Gibson said a lot of very mean, very hateful thing about Jews when he was stopped for DUI. Lots of swearing, lots of accusations.
He then apologized, several times, for what he said and asked the Jewish community to forgive him and help him overcome whatever is behind what he said.

he has been a recovering alchoholic for years, had a huge relapse, got sh*t faced and said a few insulting things about jews. you turn into a totally different person when you are an alchoholic. he is only human, but unfortunatly for him he is really famous and when you screw up, it's 10 times worse than it would be if you were an average joe.

He got arrested for drunk driving and then said some anti-smeitic comments to the police officers

He got drunk and drove his BAC was over the limit. When he was pulled over he said profane things to the officers and tried to run away on foot.

He didn't say anything different than most anyone else. His Opinion, his thoughts, but he is famous, so its a big deal! They need to give it a rest.

HAHA....he was pulled over, charged with DWI.....then had the nerve to ask the cop, "What are you looking at, Sugar T*ts?"
HAHA....my husband is a cop and I asked him that last night and he could not stop laughing.
