i'm not talking moths that are light and dark going to dark and light, or finches with longer beaks or fatter because they live in the north or something, i'm talking about real evolution....
here's the defenition if you need it.

okay no one is giving any REAL answers here.... i'm talking about ape to man, fish to reptile.... and proof not just theory.... adaptation is a form of "micro-evolution", i call it survival of the fittest, but how come people believe so much in this "THEORY" when there is no bit of cohesive evidence to back it up?

Read this excerpt: http://www.geraldschroeder.com/evolution.html. If you like it, get the book. It's an excellent scientific approach to many of the controversies of Christianity. To answer your question in short - no evidence has been brought forth to prove Darwinistic Evolution that can't be refuted in some manner. Supposedly some scientists have a "missing link" fossil, but refuse to show it. Anyways, the book is awesome. If you are having any trouble with your scientific beliefs conflicting with your spiritual ones, Gerald Shcroeder is the way to go.

There's TONS of evidence to back up the FACT of evolution. And yes, evolution is a fact, the theory part is how evolution occurs, the currantly accepted theory is that evolution occurs through mutations in the organisms DNA, helped along by survival of the fittest/natural selection. You cited several of the observed facts - the moths, finches, etc. These small changes happen over the course of a few generations, or maybe a few hundred years inthe best documented cases. Earth has had life on it for well over 3.7 billion years. Why is it so hard to accept that little changes, over the course of a mere few million years, can result in quite different species?
And what sort of "real proof" are you looking for? We have fossil evidence, we can compare the DNA of many species, and on the (very) small scale we see the DNA of bacteria change and adapt. If it weren't for our theories of how evolution happens, we wouldn't understand drug-resistant bacteria and many other things in medicine. We have a theory with evidence to back it up, and with this theory we can predict future outcomes. When these predictions are verified, we develop a confidence that our theory is correct.
Here's a question for the creationists: Is there any REAL proof of creationism that can't be discredited or disproved? If there is, I haven't seen it!

All evidence can be discredited - including the evidence both for and against evolution; it is always a matter of choosing between different opinions (theories) about the physical evidence, based on which one is more likely to be correct and fits the evidence better. However, consider the following:
I will use Horses as the example because they're one of the better documented evolutionary lines. This is because their ancestors' natural range was huge and covered areas where good fossil records exist, and several different species developed from the same ancestor species.
1. The fossil record shows various horse-like animals that started out fox-sized, and grew bigger over millions of years. This is hard to disprove altogether, but many try to claim the fossil records have been faked. This implies massive conspiracy and would be very difficult to prove; until you can prove the conspiracy to falsify evidence claim, the fossil record remains evidence in favor of evolution.
2. DNA analysis. Horse, Donkeys, and Zebras are similar species. By comparing the DNA of different species, you can see what differences exist. These three species have DNA differences which indicate a common ancestor. People who claim that this is false evidence put forward by people who "just want to believe in evolution" are again providing unprovable evidence that a proven piece of evidence is false.
In general , anything can be discredited or disproved if you're willing to trust one group's word against anothers. The only way to be truly aware of what is and is not true is to learn to do the analysis yourself. If you are not able or willing to do so, you have to choose to trust evidence presented by other groups that may or may not have falsified that evidence. Your "proof" is then more a statement of trust in that group than of a solid fact.

Evolution is very complex idea that involves layers and layers of stuff; molecules, cells, higher organisms... etc. Theories like that are not going to provide nice neat explanation for everything.
Take geology for an example. We know how volcanoes work, theories behind how volcanoes work are never questioned to be unscientific, but we still can't accurately predict when exactly a volcano will go off. So is geology/volcanology have great fault in it? We can't explain why volcanoes are so unpredictable so is there higher influence that is causing that?
Is it not science?
Evolution is same way. It's underlying ideas are valid, but is difficult to apply the idea to explain every detail in vastly complex stuff such as life.
If people want evolution to stand up to kind of scrutiny some people are applying no scientific theory will be considered valid. Einstein will be the biggest idiot.
That's just nonsense to me. It's incredibly easy to find something that appears to disprove evolution and people can do that to any ideas taught in science class today.

EVOLUTION
-A gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form. See Synonyms at development.
--Change in the genetic composition of a population during successive generations, as a result of natural selection acting on the genetic variation among individuals, and resulting in the development of new species.
The historical development of a related group of organisms; phylogeny.
========================================================
And that is what you describe. To use your example, the bigger beak is a result of the finch's genetic makeup. The genetic makeup improved due to natural selection. And that is an undisputable evidence of evolution!

There are thousands of examples of evolution available to you. Obvious examples are changes to populations as a result of breeding. If you looked at dog breeds 200 years ago you would find significant differences from today. If you want, you can get yourself some Petrie dishes and some bacteria and an antibiotic and evolve bacteria resistant to the antibiotic in a matter of weeks.
By the way your examples ARE real evolution. The scientific definition of evolution is a change in allele frequencies in a population over time.

You already answered your own question.
Evolution takes place on vast timescales. The two examples you gave are about the best it can give in a visible time period.
Further back, the fossil record (especially the evolution from small dinosaurs to birds) supports the theory.

Wait, why might it being a descendant of the neanderthals discredit the different fossils? Neanderthals weren't portion of a transition from early apes to favorite human beings, they have been a parallel branch with the erectus if I remember properly. they are not our ancestors.

No I can't.
I used to think it possible until I read "Darwin On Trial" by Philip E. Johnson. I highly recommend it.
