1. Waverider (DC)
2. The Silver Surfer (Marvel)
3. The Flash (DC)
4. Gladiator (Marvel)
5. Quicksilver
6. Superman (DC)
7. The Hulk (Marvel)
Flash and Quicksilver have raced many times and Flash has won. The only was Quicksilver would win is by cheating and he would do that since he is a teenager and has an ego, and plus, he's Magneto's son, he can't stand loosing. However, in a fair and square race, The Flash would win.
Waverider is twice as fast as the speed of light.
The Silver Surfer is much faster then the speed of light in hyperspace and a bit faster on a planet.
The Flash is Faster then the speed of light.
Gladiator travels (flies) in hyperspace at almost light speed speed.
Quicksilver is faster then the speed of sound.
Superman is faster then a bullet.
The Hulk, well he's pretty fast too, and he can leap for about 2 miles.

Flash runs at light speed, much faster than Quicksilver. Also, Quicksilver cannot vibrate his molecules apart to become desolid and run trhough walls, or to let attacks pass through him. So Quicksilver could (literally!) not even touch Flash. but Flash could run rings around Quicksilver. Point made?

Flash is much faster ... No comparison to Quicksilver
But quicksilver is much more dangerous .. as he should be .. he also thinks alot faster than the flash
so in a fight .. Quicksilver .. but interms of speed .. Flash

That would be DC Comics vs. Marvel then... I started watching justice league lately and i like The Flash there. Ive known Quicksilver ever since third grade but i never saw him in a lead role. i always get confused if hes a hero or a villain though. during the original x-men, he was still part of x-factor (as what i got from the comics). but then in x-men evolution, he was part of mystique's gang. all i know for sure is that he is the son of magneto. I really like what Flash did on the last episode ive seen in Justice L|eague Unlimited. He was the one who killed the villain (inside Lex Luthor) who wanted Armaggedon. It was because of him that i saw united Justice League was. tears, tears, tears.

Which Quicksilver, Marvles or DC Comic. I like the Marvles one better because he's Magnetos son. I also agree with xaosdragon. He is a lot smarter than The Flash.

If quicksilver is faster than the speed of sound, and superman is faster than a bullet, does that mean that those two go roughly the same speed?
Bullets can be subsonic, but the speed of sound is something like 11 or 1200 feet/sec, that's a lot slower than most bullets. A .50 BMG round travels at something like 3200 fps, and wildcat loads can be upwards of 4500.

It's been done and proven (I apologise, I forget my source), but the Flash won.
he has a greater integration with the Speed Force.
