Statements blaming civils appear also in my country (not USA) and are repeated in comments, even in yahoo answers: e.g. said by POPS at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ao_g6jjrvbf2v2xyDn2hvIrsy6IX?qid=20060804045757AAPQAf4 ("The blood of these children are on the hands of thier parents and the hezbollah cowards")
