Hello,
I am not a native English speaker but good in English.
However, I got this term in an email and wonder what is its meaning.
I tried webster & other dictionaries but didn't find what it means.

the word is "unsolicited" , it was like this "unsolicited proposals".

Can you describe the meaning in a plain English.

an unsolicited proposal is one which has not been requested.

If you send a proposal to a company, and they didn't ask you to, or it wasn't previously arranged, it's unsolicited.
