Same broadcast team...different network, different day. Don't think it will make that big of a difference, since Monday Night Football will still be on ESPN.

John Madden is a clueless doofus who never says anything that really adds to a broadcast, and Al Michaels - while a great play-by-play guy - does not mesh with Madden at all. Could there be LESS chemistry between them?
Thing is, Michaels is so intelligent, his only real equal in the booth since ABC fired Dan Dierdorf and Frank Gifford was Dennis Miller. And Miller didn't know enough about the game to be much of an asset in that way.

Just hope Green Bay doesn't make any more appearances on Sunday night, because I can't stand hearing Madden fellate Favre with every breath.
Even when Green Bay's not on, all Madden can talk about is Favre. Having to listen to that kind of obsessive homosexual longing only being partially requited on television is disgusting.

I like John Madden, but Al Michaels' commentary annoys me, he's a know-it-all that doesn't know enough about the game
