When I was a kid, we used to think your country was where good people went when they die. Now I hate and dispise you all. Why? And it's not Bush Jr. It started way before that. Honestly, why do you think that is?

What's racist? I hate everyone, not just you lot. The Aussies are a proper bunch of whining shiteshowers, for instance. And, yes, before anyone starts, I have bad teeth. And I never get laid. And my country sucks. Anything new to say?

Course I don't REALLY hate you all. New Yorkers are cool, and I know you're not all gun-totin', bible bashin' redneck loons. But, and it's a big but, there are plenty of morons in your country.

You are right it started before Mr. Bush the Americans got greedy for power and got the idea that they are right no matter what.

Their are others in the world that have great ideas not just Americans. Know you don't hate or dispise Americans just the things they have done some of the things were done without checking with the people as to what they really needed not just money. Money don't solve the real problems of the world.

Since you asked, I guess you're looking for a objective answer as to why that is. Honestly, you probably hate and dispise us all because it is fun to fall in line with everyone else in the world. America bashing has reached it's peak in last couple of years, but it had been on an upward swing since "way before that". You might feel like you're in the majority--the bandwagon effect.

I'm not whining; I couldn't possibly care less. I've been to most of the countries in the world. I almost always get a good reaction from kind/curious natives who want to know what I'm like. Kindness is my modus operandi; yours is apparently hate. Each of these effect our world views and actually influence our experiences.

Oh, you probably hate us because there's always one country the world needs to hate - it's apparently our turn. The world views our American movies and television shows and news stories get distorted about our wealth, power, and prosperity... but most of it is only partial truth. Just remember what happened when Hurricane Katrina hit us... didn't see too many rich people running around then, did you? Or 9/11... just regular and loving people who were out trying to get in a good day of work. The majority of us are struggling financially and emotionally... so, no, the good people don't come here when they die. We are for the most part very good people. But we're tired. And it saddens us when we hear how much the world hates us. One day the world will call for our help once again... and we won't be there to save it.

Honey, you're generalizing. Don't. There is a good reason why American's are hated and yes, a lot has to do with bush, jr. However, it also started many years ago. Check out why we are called "The Ugly American's". Historically, there is a reason. But, don't hate us all. We're not all bad.

American's since WW2 have gotten the idea that they have a mandate to be the world's main policeman. This has a few problems. One, it's terribly expensive, and one thing that most americans hate to do is spend money on something that there's no return on. When you dump billions of dollars into economic development into countries, you begin to get the idea that you have the right to tell those countries how to spend the money. That leads into telling them how to run their governments.
2nd, we tend to be rather clumsy in foreign policy. American's have a belief that democracy is the only way to go and our continual pushing of other countries to convert to this form of government tends to irritate others.
3rd, Americans are the worst tourists in the world. They tend to be pushy, obnoxious, and act rude to most people. This gives the idea that we are all like that. Most aren't, but we all get blasted for the worst acts of a few.

I don't know but rest assured that most Americans hate you also....I'm not one of those Americans but I know a few. My guess for the reason you hate us is because we are egotistical selfish idiots who feel that we are better than everyone else in the world. And my guess for the reason that Americans hate you is because you constantly say how much you hate America but then turn around and try to be just like us....funny how the world works, huh?

You must hate the image that is portrayed of our country or the actions of the government and military. Most Americans do not agree with our polititians actions nor our military's conquest. We are honest hard working people that just want to make it through the day just like everyone else in the world. We are not all bad people. Don't hate me, I don't hate you.

Um, hi Bill. I think I'm just gonna skip this one, if you don't mind. This kind of thing just makes me tired. Anybody out there got any ******** questions? I'm better at those.

And Skull, you know I love you, but a lot of these questions just show up on regular ol' Yahoo!Answers (US version). There I was, minding my own business, answering mind numbingly boring questions on Y!A, when I stumbled upon Noezzelle. The rest is history.
