Ok, this is gonna take a min, so I'll show my work as I go.

Basically, you want to figure the height of a triangle whereOQ is the baseline. The formula for this, when the Height is not known is to use Heron's formula, where you use the perimeter. that formula is here

Area=SQRT(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)),
where s=(a+b+c)/2 or perimeter/2.
Making the total area 47,429

Once you have this, you solve from this formula

Area = height x baseline
In this case Area = height (the unknown or X) times 254
42.428 = (254*X)/2
or
X=(42,428/254)2
X=373


The answer is D: 373.
