Sometimes it helps to sleep apart, because i know sometimes i need my space before i hurt something or someone. But if its really a problem you gonna have to work it out eventually. After you think about it, it may not be worth fighting over at all. What works for you?

No,best to resolve an issue before another day comes.
I don't intend to know better from all the couples of the world but that's how me & my man does it in our marriage and we are both happy about it.I can't sleep nor my man can if something isn't discussed. Sleeping apart would only keep us distant and not closer.It's effective since we both sleep with a light heart knowing we handled the problem ASAP and mainly because we both care & think it's healthy in our relationship to deal that way.

I think it would be much better for you to talk things out. If you don't you will still have the problem to deal with as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Never go to bed angry. Talk things out and resolve them before going to bed. Then things should definitely be better in the morning. You may even get some.

it`s better to talk it out .if you can`t work it out be for you go to bed .than yes it`s better to sleep apart until the morning than try to work it out.

its alwasy better to solve the problem instead if letting it fester. that way u wont have a problem with communication when theres a problem. but sometimes u need a little time away from each other when there is a fight, so that way u can let things cool down before u two talk. but never have a fight and leave it unsolved.

You should always try to talk it out. It is so unhealthy to go to sleep with any bad feelings toward the other person. Trust me I speak from experience.

it depends on the situation to be honest....
there is a saying about not going to bed mad at each other...i was up once for 3 days straight based on that
