First, if "a man always thinks about a girl" then we ought to raise public awareness of pedophilia as pervasive lol. But seriously, here's your answer:
A man thinks about women, men, kids, animals or vacuum cleaner heads, depending on his personal taste. The reasons are multiple and sundry:
normal sex-drive
abnormal sex-drive
sexual frustration
desire for companionship,
love (however that's defined)
A strong attraction to hard, metal, cylindrical attachments
... and other reasons.
One of the posters said it's because men are visual and women aren't visual. I never understood someone actually believing that myth: The ugly guy still gets the fewest dates, unless he's got lots of cash. The good-looking guys are fawned all over and favored. And society shuns women from openly showing appreciation for the male body. She gets looked at as scuzzy for buying a Playgirl or openly admiring men in a sexual way. Just as many women enjoy sex with men as the other way around; just as many women cheat as men, etc. So apparently it's not just men thinking about the opposite gender.

Men by creation of God have a stronger sex drive than women. Men are stimulated by sight, whereas women are stimulated by hearing, touching and just romancing. Granted this is not always 100% but it is a to a good measure true.

No isabellaflorentine, that's what makes boys different from girls.
99% of the time when we think of girls, we don't think about love. We just say what the girls want to hear so we can get in their pants.

That is not true. I am a man and I think about a woman, not about a girl.
