Yes - nuking it would be crazy.
(1) First of all their on inhabitated island in the Bermuda Triangle and these people may be killed:
(2) The scientific research is out to lunch if the Bermuda Triangle is actually a horror show like it is depicted or not in books and movies;
(3) it is one of the most traveled waterways in the world - part of the reason it is not unusual to hear there a so many missing ships. Percentage wise the numbers of ships that have disappeared is not much different (even lower the US Great Lakes) that other comprobable areas used a shipping waterways.
(4) when would you nuke it? You want to hit it now during hurricane season? The weather patterns would carry all the nuclear fall out to the American Gulf Coast - not to mention all the of the Carribean nations, South and Central American nations that would have to deal with the radiation.
(5) what would you make as a target? The Bermuda Triangle is huge. The amount of nuclear weapontry you would need would be devastating the area would have global conseqences.
(6) Isn't this all just a myth anyway?

Yes, it does sound crazy. While in the navy we passed through the "Bermuda Triangle" many times and never had a problem. The normal activities of the "Bermuda Triangle" make for a good story line. There is absolutely nothing to worry about.

I can tell you really don't watch the discovery channel.They have found that the reason planes crash and ships sink is because of methane gas.Yup a huge fart.So big that it actually displaces enough water that ships drop to the bottom in seconds.And planes can't fly if there is more methane gas than there is air the engines stall and can't get enough air to run.So I don't think we need it,...it's just there.

Nuking the triangle would serve no purpose, the strange paranormal occurencies are exactly that, no tangible evidence has ever been proven.

LOL - that would be awesome. Except for killing all the fish in that area. But whose to say that the triangle won't swallow those who are trying to bomb it in the first place???

Funny you should mention that. It's been tried 4 or 5 times, but the damned bombers keep disappearing.
