I would suggest wearing it down and make sure it's sleek looking! Don't have any frizzes anywhere :)! A sleek, straight hair style always works best! If you wear your hair down to a job interview it subliminally shows you are confident with the way you look and how you have chosen to present yourself and it makes a good impression on the potential employer. Make sure you don't let it fall in your face because that can be distracting and they might not listen fully to your answers if they are distracted by your hair in your face. If you are worried about it falling in your face tuck it behind your ears.

You might have to have someone help you with this but.....At the back of your head, you need 2 ponytails side by side and they need to be about 3 centimeters apart. After you get these 2 ponytails tie them together with a prettier, bigger ponytail holder(Maybe with a flower or something to match your outfit.) After you get this done, push your hair back towards your head and then pull it out. When you have all of your hair pulled through, you can curl it!(This is an easier, founded just 2 days ago by me method that is an easier way than using a Hoop that really hurts!)

Put it into a bun, you can have the bun curly, a little messy, or straight back, anything like that would look professional. If you like the ponytail idea so much, try pulling just the top half of your hair up in a half pony. That way you can look professional but looking maybe not so uptight.

I also have long dirty blonde hair and curly to top it off! I usually wear my hair down with the sides pulled back loosely and use a little clip or barrett to hold it back. It keeps it off your face and is still professional looking. Buns went out eons ago, sorry everyone…..

A messy or regular bun. Both are dressier than a ponytail, but not too dressy.
